The guesthouse is a family-run business. Nicola, the owner, devotes his time to the farm, personally overseeing all of the innumerable but highly satisfying operations. During the weekend he spends his time transforming his products into delicacies for the enjoyment of all who come to stay. In the restaurant he works alongside his wife Elisa, who welcomes the guests and knowingly explains the dishes that her husband has prepared, underlining the difference between a restaurant and an agritourism farm. Then we have Sofia and Sara whose job for the moment is to help (in their own way) with daily chores, to the delight of their parents.
The farm produces many types of fruit: apples, pears, peaches, apricots, cherries, black cherries, plums, strawberries, figs, persimmons, kiwi fruit, blueberries, raspberries, and currants. In addition to being sold locally, the fruit is also used for the preparation of delicious cakes and preserves.
We also produce all kinds of vegetables, from asparagus to potatoes, all destined to be used in the kitchen. Then there are the vineyards where you will find Bonarda, Vespolina, Nebbiolo and Erbaluce varieties. When it comes to using our own produce, other than fruit and vegetables we also have animals – geese, chickens, capons and hens that roam freely in the fields, guaranteeing you excellent quality meat.
